I’m Abby –
A wedding photographer based on the North Coast of Ireland.
For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of capturing weddings across Ireland and Europe. My style is natural, bright and people-focused, with an editorial flare. I give relaxed direction at key points during your day, but mostly allow your day to unfold naturally, while I capture all the emotions, bigs moments and all the joy in between.
Photography didn’t come new to me via weddings, it’s always been my passion and profession. I have a Degree in Fine Art Photography from the Manchester School of Art and before moving full-time into wedding photography, I worked full-time as a photography tutor at Belfast Exposed gallery. That experience honed my eye for storytelling and gave me a deeper understanding of capturing people in a way that feels true to them. “Fun” professional fact: While studying in Manchester, I worked behind the scenes on the set of Blue Peter!
I believe in quality over quantity, which is why I limit the number of weddings I take on each year. This ensures that every couple I work with gets my full attention and that the images I deliver are crafted with care, creativity and intention.

Every couple, every wedding and every story is different. That’s why I take an easygoing approach, capturing the day as it happens. When it’s just the two of you and for your family and group photos, I’ll offer some relaxed direction to help you feel at ease and to achieve the style of photography you see throughout my website, but otherwise, I’ll be in the background letting everything unfold naturally. From the morning prep to those dance floor moments, my goal is for you to relive your wedding day through timeless, authentic images.
My world revolves around imagery in more ways than one. I’m married to Matt, a full-time videographer, so storytelling through film and photography is at the heart of our family life. We’re also parents to our amazing three-year-old son, who, unsurprisingly, is already a natural in front of the camera!
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me at the gym, on a long walk with a good podcast or on the very rare occasion the house is quiet – painting!
